Rahyaft has a long history in applied research on advanced materials and processes as demanded by the industry sector. Currently, the main focus of the company is on the development of metal foams, both open- as well as closed-cell structures. Our experts at Rahyaft have conducted numerous projects on metal foams and installed a pilot-scale line for production of closed-cell aluminum foam. Establishing a full-scale plant is under investigation. In parallel, a research lab is actively working on development of open-cell nickel and copper foams. Prototypes are already fabricated and installed. The process is under research and optimization for various materials including, nickel, copper, and silver. The company is investing on foam production on pilot scale.
